Leadership of the Future of Medicine
Become Part of P.H.E.N.
The Physician Hospital Education Network
The Physician Hospital Education Network is tasked with finding clinical rotation sites for the medical schools and candidates that we represent. We are a Clinical Clerkship Program for U.S./ International Medical Students, DO Students, and International Medical Graduates (IMG).
Clinical Preceptor
As part of the program, Hospitals and Healthcare Systems will have 3rd and 4th year medical students shadowing US Healthcare practicing preceptor MD's in their facilities and practices.
So what exactly is a Clinical Preceptor. Within the P.H.E.N.program, preceptors are practicing M.D.s who partner with us to mentor Medical Students, DO Students and IMGs (International Medical Graduate) P.H.E.N. Preceptors provide clinical education, supervision and evaluation of students within a clinical setting. Preceptors provide our students the opportunity to experience valuable clinical applications that are crucial to excelling at core clinical knowledge.
P.H.E.N. partners with our Preceptors to match students that meet a requested level (by our Preceptors) of overall supervision.
